4 New Restaurant Partners!!!

Takeout Guys is very excited to introduce 4 NEW restaurant partners!

1.) Mojo's BBQ Grill & Tavern-Mojo's BBQ is a neighborhood kind of place created by two regular guys passionate about food.
We believe BBQ is at it's best when matching the right cut of meat with the right rub, lovingly crafted sauce and cooking technique.
It's a bit more work, but we believe the results are worth it.
Enjoy!!

2.) TavolaA touch of '50s neon, old movies playing (silently) on the flat screens mounted on the exposed brick walls and maybe a John Travolta flick playing over the bar. The screens are a fun part of the decor — conversation pieces that should not distract you from interacting with your dining companions or new friends at the bar.  Italian food is about sharing a great meal with friends and family, and you'll get that feel here in the vibe and in the classic, sometimes contemporary down-to-earth cuisine.
The executive chef here is Craig Spinney, formerly of Robert's Maine Grill, and they called in Ed Barton, chef and owner of Bella Luna, a restaurant many locals recall with fondness. He's brought in some of his influences and makes some of the pasta, including ravioli.

3.) Enrico's Deliis at 41 Congress Street in Portsmouth, in the former location of Upper Crust Pizza.
Enrico (an international man of mystery) divides his time between New Hampshire and Costa Rica, according to his restaurant manager, Amy Loeser. Ms. Loeser kindly took time out from interviewing potential staff to talk to foodie.  She said Enrico's will feature deli meats and sides from Boar's Head, as well as homemade stuff like chicken, egg-plant and meatball parm sandwiches.  Classics such as the Reuben will also be on the menu, as will draft and bottle beers. The restaurant will also offer high-end coffees, imported from two plantations in Costa Rica.  According to Ms. Loeser, Enrico's will be open Sun.-Thur. 11am-11pm and Fri.&Sat. 11am-1am. At last, we can add another late night eatery to downtown Portsmouth!

4.) Flatbread Company- THE HISTORY OF FLATBREAD GOES BACK AT LEAST 5000 YEARS WHEN MEN AND WOMEN FIRST BEGAN "BAKING" IN ENCLOSED EARTHEN MOUNDS.  THE SIMPLE LEAP FROM AN OPEN FIRE TO A MORE CONTROLLED HEATING PROCESS EXPANDED THE CULINARY POSSIBILITIES FOR ALL MANKIND.  WE ROLLED INTO THE PICTURE IN 1998, GOING BACK, IN ORDER TO MOVE FORWARD.  SINCE THEN, THE FLATBREAD COMPANY HAS BEEN INTRODUCING PEOPLE TO THE MAGIC OF EARTH AND FIRE, AND HOW THAT COMBINATION CAN PRODUCE INCREDIBLE TASTING PIZZA.
